Dinner includes dessert (ice cream parfait) and coffee. Feel free to order a drink from the bar: wine, beer, mixed drinks, and soft drinks.

For your convenience you may include a FARS membership, or renewal with your sign-up. Please include a completed FARS membership form and $15 [regularly $20] dues with your banquet sign up. List your dues on the Other line above and include in your banquet total. PAARA members should send their dues payments directly to PAARA.
